‘Abd al-Husayn Mu‘azzaz al-Mulk (Taymurtash) writes to Surur al-Saltanah of how troubled he has been from the tone of Surur al-Saltanah's letter, talks about the problem of finding a house in Tehran, and that his delay is due to his intention to find the best place for Surur al-Saltanah. He mentions a possibility of renting the house of Mubashshir al-Dawlah. He also talks about the belief that some have about the Rabi‘ al-Avval ritual.

Power of attorney given by Mu‘tamad al-Sultan Mirza Muhammad Husayn Mustawfi, son of Mirza Asad Allah Mustawfi, known as Sabir, to Mirza Zayn al-‘Abidin, son of Haji Muhammad Hasan from Shiraz, in order to claim the ownership of both sides of a specific house in the Ishaq Bayg neighborhood as well as the house furnishings, and also to get all the rental income that ‘Abd al-Husayn Sahib Tajir from Kolkata owed Khanum Sadr al-‘Aliyah, the permanent wife of Mirza Muhammad Husayn Mustawfi, from prior times and which is now part of her inheritance. Marriage contract of Bibi Khanum, daughter of Nazar ‘Ali (son of Haj Muhammad Husayn), and ‘Abbas ‘Ali, son of Muhammad Isma‘il (son of Muhammad Rahim [illegible]). The mahr is one hundred and seventy-six tumans and two thousand dinars. The groom gave sixty tumans of the mahr to the bride for buying a pair of gold earrings, some women's clothes, and some housewares including copperware, dishes, bathing towels, bedding, and [illegible]. Woman's murder, 1911
The body of the daughter of Haji Mulla Bashi from Taliqan was found by police. Her husband, Aqa Mirza Ibrahim from Taliqan, is arrested for her murder. He had been suspicious of his wife's relationship with his nephew, Hamid Allah, and asked her father to settle the mahr and agree to divorce. The second piece of news from a few days later is about Hamid Allah's arrest.

Complaint by people of Saqqiz, 1915
Includes two petitions by the people of Saqqiz to the Majlis regarding the troubles caused by the new government, for instance housing the government riders in the peasants' houses and taking their household furnishings and never returning them, the evacuation of a residential place where about forty people, including women and children, lived, and sending agents to the peasant houses when the men are at work and the women are alone at home; along with a letter of inquiry from the Majlis to the Ministry of Interior regarding these claims.
